Wassenaar Warriors complete a fantastic rugby season

Youth rugby club Wassenaar Warriors celebrated the end of a fantastic rugby season with all members, their families, and volunteers on Sunday, June 9 in Wassenaar.

It was a great day, with of course lots of rugby, a raffle with great prizes donated by Wassenaar companies, award ceremonies, and the legendary club barbecue. The club looks back on a great season with lots of activities, rugby competitions, and tournaments, both in the Netherlands and abroad, including some great results. The coming week you can meet the Warriors on the beach in Wassenaar, where they are training for the upcoming North Sea Beach Rugby tournament on June 22 and 23 in Scheveningen. After that, the summer break begins, but the club is already looking ahead to next season. Would you like to introduce your child to rugby at Wassenaar Warriors? De Wassenaar Warriors jeugd rugbyclub heeft op zondag 9 juni in Wassenaar samen met alle leden, hun families en vrijwilligers het einde van een fantastisch rugbyseizoen gevierd.

Het was een geweldige dag vol rugby natuurlijk, een loterij met mooie prijzen gesponsord door Wassenaarse bedrijven, prijsuitreikingen en de legendarische clubbarbecue. De club kijkt terug op een geweldig seizoen met veel activiteiten, rugbywedstrijden en toernooien, zowel in Nederland als in het buitenland, met een aantal mooie resultaten.

Komende week kun je de Warriors tegenkomen op het strand in Wassenaar, waar ze trainen voor het North Sea Beach Rugby toernooi op 22 en 23 juni in Scheveningen.
