WZK WATER POLO is looking for girls (17+) and women
The WZK Swimming water polo department is hard at work preparing for the new water polo season. WZK Swimming would like to field a women's team in the competition again this coming season. There are already several registrations, but not quite enough yet to start playing in the league. Therefore, we would like to challenge girls (17+) and women from Wassenaar to come and experience this intensive but oh so fun and challenging sport with us.
Do you dare to join us for a water polo training session? Then come and experience water polo on Friday, May 8th, between 20:00 and 21:00 during a joint training session with other enthusiastic girls and women at Het Sterrenbad. If you enjoy it, join the training every Friday and prepare for the 2026-2027 season, in which you will participate in water polo matches.
Water polo is a challenging sport. You will become part of a close-knit, but above all, fun team. The training sessions and matches are intensive but rewarding. You will get fitter, stronger, and learn all kinds of skills. And WZK has a super fun club room at Het Sterrenbad where we love to continue the socializing with each other and with other members/supporters after training and matches.
